Step 1: Submit your request

You can do this in two ways: Submit a new request for the audit you need OR browse our audit library to see if we already have a planned audit or existing audit report in our system for the supplier and product/s you need to audit, and request the audit through our platform.

Step 2: Introduction

Once we receive your audit request, one of our sales team will reach out to you and officially introduce us. We will then introduce you to our platform and answer any questions you may have. After that, we’ll be able to send you the necessary documentation, and we will be ready to move forward with your audit.

Step 3: Securing a date

Our team of audit bookers will then work closely with your auditee. They’ll get to work securing an audit date that works for all stakeholders. Whether you need 1 audit or 1000, our team of experts will find the date(s) that work for everyone.

Step 4: Selecting an auditor

Once we have your documentation and secured the audit dates , we move forward with selecting an auditor for your audit. We’ll make sure you get the ideal auditor for your audit, in terms of languages spoken, geographical location and experience. Step 5: Making the most out of our platform

Our digital audit management platform centralizes all audit related activities. It allows you to follow the status of your audit in real time, digitally sign contracts, follow up on audit reports, CAPA’s and much more. A secure, centralized and transparent way of moving your audits forward.

Step 6: Your audit has been performed. What’s next?

Once your audit has been completed, you’ll receive a first draft of your report. You and your auditee will have 1 week to supply any feedback before we send you the final report.

Step 7: Your audit report

Our reports have been designed by quality experts who ensure our reports are always clear, straightforward and easy to understand. Our quality team (pharmacists, chemists, biologists and more) curates all audit data for you.
